White Chocolate and Leek Crisps

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1 leek small, diced and washed well
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 bar white chocolate, grated
  • 1 teaspoon tarragon
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse sea salt
  • 1/8 steaspoon coarse cracked pepper


  1. Thaw pastry completely/

  2. Saute the leek in butter until wilted.

  3. Cool and combine with the rest of ingredients.

  4. Press the pastry into the leek mixture with a rolling pin until both sides are well coated.

  5. Cut into 1/2" by 3" strips, twist and place on a paper lined sheet pan.

  6. Bake at 350 until pastry is golden brown and crisp.

  7. Cool and serve as an appetizer.
