Thaw pastry completely/
Saute the leek in butter until wilted.
Cool and combine with the rest of ingredients.
Press the pastry into the leek mixture with a rolling pin until both sides are well coated.
Cut into 1/2" by 3" strips, twist and place on a paper lined sheet pan.
Bake at 350 until pastry is golden brown and crisp.
Cool and serve as an appetizer.
