Thanksgiving Sheppard’s Pot Pie

Ingredients

  • 4 cups leftover turkey shredded
  • 3 cups leftover vegetables (peas, carrots, beans, etc.)
  • 4 cups leftover mashed potatoes
  • 2 cups leftover turkey gravy

Directions

  1. In a medium sized casserole dish combine the turkey and the vegetables then top with the turkey gravy mix all together.

  2. Take the mashed potatoes and spread on top of the mixture until completely covered bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until potatoes brown and the casserole starts to bubble.
