Ingredients

  • Package or Nori Sheets
  • Sticky Rice cooked according to package and left to cool on cookie sheet
  • Fish of your choice like:
  • Salmon, Tuna, Eel, White fish, Octopus, Shrimp, Crab, Lobster
  • Veggies of your choice like:
  • Carrots, Avocado, Cucumber, Pea Shoots, Daikon, etc.

Directions

  1. Begin with a bamboo rolling mat and a lay down a sheet of Nori paper

  2. Spread an even layer of hte rice over the Nori making sure the rice is even and spred close to the edge.

  3. Arrange the filling components in an even row stretching from one end to the other of the Nori.

  4. Draw the end furthest from you over the fillings using the mat as a helper. Make sure that you maintain a nice compaction as you continue drawing the mat to you and roll is complete.

  5. Make sure taht the Nori has met itself at the end and with a small dip of water barely wet the edge and seal.

  6. Using the mat shape the roll into a uniform cylinder. Cut into 6 sections and serve.
