Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ½ pound ground pork
  • ½ pound ground veal
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup fresh bread crumbs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • ¾ teaspoon onion salt
  • ¾ teaspoon garlic salt

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together well.

  2. Shape into 4 ounce balls and place on a cookie sheet.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.

  4. Add to sauce simmer about 30 minutes and serve.
