  • 1 ½ red onion sliced thin
  • Roasted or candles slivered pecans
  • 1 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 12-15 ounces seedless raspberry jam
  • ¼ cup olive oil

Directions

  1. Combine spinach, mango, red onion and pecans.
