Remoulade Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup finely diced celery
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped green onions
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 to 4 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 tsp finely minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1 anchovy fillet, drained & finely chopped

Directions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or mini-food processor. Blend until thoroughly combined.

  2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

  3. Store tightly covered in teh refrigerator. Serve cold.
