Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
In a medium bowl combine the butter and egg.
In another bowl, add the dry ingredients and whisk together.
Add the dry to the egg mixture and stir. The dough will be relatively soft.
Handling carefully, place on a rice floured board and flour the top as well.
Flour the pin and roll to slightly larger than a 9 inch circle.
Cut the dough into 6 wedges like cutting a pizza.
Line the pieces into a 9 inch pie plate and seal the seams gently with fingertips.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
