  • 2 cups light creme
  • 8 ounce good dark chocolate
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups half and half
  • 2 tablespoons brandy


  1. Blend all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer.

  2. Continue to simmer until all choclate is incorporated.

  3. Pour into small decorative cups and chili for 2 to 3 hours.

  4. Serve with whipped cream.
