  1. Bring water to boil, then reduce to simmer – temperature between 170-190°

  2. Crack egg into small bowl

  3. Gently lower into water, simmer for approximately 2 minutes

  4. Using a slotted Spoon, remove from water

  5. Serve and enjoy
