  • 1 pound chicken, quartered
  • 1 dozen clams
  • 1 dozen mussels
  • 1/4 pound Chorizo or spicy sausage
  • 1/2 pound scallops
  • 1/2 pound fish fillet
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 small can diced tomato
  • 1 pinch saffron
  • 1/2 bag frozen peas
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 large onion
  • 4 cloves garlic


  1. Cook all of the chicken in a large saute pan seasoning with salt and water. Add the sausage to the saute pan as you cook the chicken. When it is almost done cooking, set aside.

  2. Saute the seafood, onions, and garlic together until the onions are wilted.

  3. Add the tomatoes, water, and rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil.

  4. Return the chicken and sausage.

  5. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cover, cooking for 20 minutes and the clams and mussels open.
