Key Lime Pie

  • ¾ cup graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ stick butter
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup and Nellie’s Key lime juice
  • 1 ½ cans sweetened condensed milk
  • 5 egg yolks
  • ½ cup whipped cream


  1. Melt the butter in a small sauce pan.

  2. Combine the graham crumbs, sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl.

  3. Add the melted butter and toss until well coated.

  4. Press into a 9 ½ inch deep pie dish.

  5. Mix the juice, yolks, and sweetened milk in a separate bowl and pour into the shell.

  6. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until the fillings sets slightly.

  7. Cool completely then garnish with the whipped cream.
