Herb Infused Spa Water

  • In 2 quart container:
  • 2 cups berries, citrus, melon, pineapple (cut up)
  • 3-5 sprigs mint, basil, sage, rosemary, tarragon, thyme, or lavender
  • water
  • ice


  1. Place fruit into container.

  2. Muddle herbs and add in.

  3. Fill with ice and water.

  4. Infuse overnight.

  5. Cover and refridgerate for up to 3 days.
