Grilled Chicken Crostini wit Roasted red Pepper

  • 2 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 loaf french bread (multi-grain if available)
  • 2 Red peppers (or a jar of roasted reds)
  • Honey mustard (or Dijon)


  1. Season chicken breast with Motreal seasoning and grill.

  2. Place fresh peppers on grill with chicken and roast until blistered.

  3. Slice cooked & cooled chicken very thin.

  4. Cut pepper into strips the lenght of baguette slice.

  5. Cut bread on the diagonal into 1/4' thick slices.

  6. Spead bread with mustard, top with chicken slice and pepper strip, arrange crostini bites on platter, serve and enjoy.
