Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Directions

  1. Bring all ingredients except egg yolks to a boil.

  2. Temper the yolks with the hot cream and return to boil for 1 minute. Serve.
