Heat a nonstick pan on medium high heat.
Grate the cheese into small flakes and sprinkle into hot pan.
Cook until the edges begin to just turn light golden brown.
Carefully flip the disc of melted cheese and cook for a minute on other side.
Turn out the tuille and cut into wedges immediately. While still warm roll into crescents or twist into interesting shapes.
Cool and serve with a few drops of well-aged Balsamic vinegar.
