Cheese Straws

  • Complexity: very easy


  • 2 sheets puff pastry
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon granulated onion and garlic


  1. Mix all ingredients except puff pastry in a small bowl and mix well.

  2. Roll the dough gently to make the mixture stick.

  3. Cut the dough into ½ inch by 3 inch strips.

  4. Twist each one into a spiral and lay on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.

  5. Bale at 350 until golden brown.
