Ingredients

  • Bite size balls of marinated fresh mozzarella
  • Grape tomatoes (if you can use yellow ones also to create color contrast)
  • Fresh Thai basil leaves
  • 4 or 6 inch bamboo skewers or frill picks
  • Balsamic vinaigrette

Directions

  1. Start by skewering one cherry tomato, then cheese ball, finally a basil leave. Repeat one more time.

  2. Arrange on a serving platter.

  3. Drizzle vinaigrette over finish skewers
