Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken wings cut at the joints
  • Season salt to coat
  • ½ cup Frank’s hot sauce
  • ½ tablespoon Worcestershire
  • ½ teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • Celery Sticks
  • Blue cheese dressing

Directions

  1. Place the wing sections on a sheet pan and season liberally with season salt.

  2. Cook at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes until chicken is 180 degrees internally and the juice runs clear.

  3. In a small pot combine the rest of the ingredients and bring to a simmer while stirring.

  4. Toss the wings with the sauce.

  5. Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
