Beef and Broccoli Mongolian Style

  • 8 ounces top sirloin, partially frozen
  • 6 ounces broccili flowerets
  • 2 teaspoon wok oil
  • 1/2 cup red sweet peppers
  • 1/2 cup green peppers
  • 1/2 cup sweet onions
  • 1 ounce chopped onions
  • 2 ounce hoi sin sauce
  • 2 ounce terriyaki sauce
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger


  1. Slice the beef into very thin slices.

  2. Heat the oils in a heavy saute pan until just smoking or use a large wok.

  3. Sear the beef and remove then add veggies and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.

  4. Add rest of ingredients and stir to incorporate.

  5. Serve with white or brown rice.
