Apple Hummus Wrap

Ingredients

  • Wrap
  • 2-3 oz. Hummus (Homemade or Store bought)
  • 3 Slices Apple
  • 3 Slices Cucumber
  • 7-8 Bell Pepper Spears
  • Half hand of Shredded Carrots
  • Half hand Sprouts (Alfalfa, broccoli, etc.)
  • Half Hand Spinach

Directions

  1. In the wrap add 2-3 oz. Hummus

  2. Add: 3 Slices Apple
    3 Slices Cucumber
    7-8 Bell Pepper Spears
    Half hand of Shredded Carrots
    Half hand Sprouts (Alfalfa, broccoli, etc.)
    Half Hand Spinach
    On to the wrap

  3. Cut the wrap in half and enjoy!
